It is with great pleasure that I respectfully submit my application to serve on the PAR and AAR Boards of Directors (“Boards”). My interest in serving on these Boards stems from my passion in working with people from all areas in helping them with their real estate needs. I am originally from the Midwest growing up in the Chicago/Northwest Indiana area. From an early age, I became involved in real estate and all facets of the real estate business as my grandfather (Now 94 years of age) was a real estate broker for over 50 years. He taught me the importance of hard work, zealously representing clients, and always being ethical in dealings with all parties involved in the real estate transaction.
I have been in the Valley for the past 12 years. I currently own my own law firm and have been practicing law in Arizona for the past 10 years. I have been a licensed real estate agent in Arizona since 2005 and currently hold my license with HomeSmart. My wife and three beautiful daughters have recently moved to the Ahwatukee area where I have been active in my real estate career. Separate and different from my law practice, I enjoy the real estate business immensely and get great satisfaction when I help my clients to obtain their life long goal of purchasing their ideal home, which for many is one of the biggest investments ever made. I firmly believe in all the work that both the PAR and AAR representatives do on a daily basis to help others realize this dream. If elected to the PAR and AAR Boards, I promise to bring a deep commitment to contributing in any way I can to help in this important work. In sum, it would be an honor to serve on these Boards.
