PAR Personal MLS Fees
(This fee should have already been paid)
If you do not currently have active MLS Services – then we can get you started. You will need to come into the Association with a signed MLS Agreement from your broker – as well as with State Issued Picture ID. MLS cannot be set up via fax.

If you do not currently have active Supra Services – but you would like to start this service; please give us a call at 602-246-1012 so that we can help you get started.

Requirements to qualify for the above mentioned transferring total at $440.00 are as follows:

Fees to NAR and AAR must have been paid for the 2012 dues year to another Phoenix Valley Metro local Association.

If you recently were inactivated by your previous association – you cannot have been inactivated for longer than 45 days.

A Letter of Good Standing from the previous Association must be included at the time of transfer showing payment for NAR and AAR dues have been paid for 2012.

  The NAR Mandated Code of Ethics Requirement for the cycle 2009-2012 must have been completed and a certificate of completion must be included at the time of transfer (or verification that Code of Ethics was completed must be included in the above mentioned Letter of Good Standing from the previous Association)– no exception is made for this requirement.

A completed REALTOR® Transfer Pak must be included at the time of transfer.

 REALTOR® Transfer Pak (and all required documentation) must be received at the PAR office no later than 5:00 pm, March 15th, 2013.
